ABOUT US
Heart to Soul in Action (HSA) is a non-profit organization whose primary mission is to increase access to healthcare and education in the underserved communities of Richmond. VCU's chapter of HSA was initiated in 2016 and started in the spring of 2017. Our organization is led by students and relies on the hard work and compassion of our volunteers.
Today, our areas of impact ranges across a variety of different topics. From teaching children about STEM to making meals for members of our community - we have done it all! We value the importance of not only hands-on service, but also starting conversations and raising awareness about issues in the Richmond area.

There are no dues! We appreciate all of our volunteers for donating their time and service to help carry our mission out.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE TIME?
Becoming a volunteer for HSA is extremely low-commitment. There is only one general body meeting each semester, and members choose which events they want to attend or volunteer at.
